If your payment is returned and you order is closed, it is almost certainly because your payment cannot be verified or the products you ordered were out of stock. Generally, our Customer Service staff associates will contact you to discuss your order, but if we failed to get in touch with you within 5 days after your payment is relieved, you payment will be refunded for your convenience and safety.
Other possible reasons for refunding your money are as follows:
The name and address of your PayPal account did not match the shipping address your order, and when we contacted you, there was no response.
The products you ordered were out of stock (Commonly we keep updating our product information, but sometimes a product may be temporarily out-of-stock) and when we contacted you, there was no response.
