Lighting order was placed on 10/18/2019, and received in Florida in the U.S.A. on 11/05/2019. Considering these had to go through U.S. Customs, the shipping time seems very reasonable. The glass pendant shades were perfect when received, which is a good feat. Packaging was very protective. The lights look AWESOME! The electrical connection and hanging method are not quite up to code here in the U.S.A., but was easily modified to meet standards. Gave an average rating for communication as the company's web server / website was down frequently while trying to keep up on the orders status. Over all, I would give a thumbs up recommendation. The lights are beautiful.
