This was the perfect light for my entryway.

The Pendant fixtures were perfect. Had to modify an old 2 wire track light set up to add three Pendant lights. Turned out great.

Nice fixture. Solid construction. Matte black with gloss white underneath. Unlike most warehouse-style fixtures, which only cast light downward, this unit has windows on top of the shade to illuminate the ceiling. There was a defect in one of the five fixtures purchased, but customer service was wonderful, sending a replacement as soon as possible.

This product arrived and installed exactly as expected. 2 major pieces, the hood and the base with the hanging cord. The fixture looks great, it doesn't look cheap or flimsy. It feels solid while installing, and all hardware included was quality.
