"My Tickets" is a convenient function designed for customers to contact with customer service associate in case you have any questions concerning the order you have placed. Those questions can be related to payment issues, product return progress or exchange problems etc..
To use a ticket, please refer to the following steps.
1.Login your account, and go to My Orders. Click on the Order No. or the View button of the order you need help with.
2. Click "Submit a Ticket", then you can write down your questions. Our customer service associates will respond within 24 hours.
3. To check out our response and track the progress of this or other tickets, please Login in your account and go to My Tickets, then click on the Ticket ID.
