Our light took two months to arrive but boy was it worth waiting for - it is fab. I had read all the bad comments and was nervous because there was no tracking available of the item - but it all came good. The light is now up - looks stunning - and we are very very happy. I submitted tickets through the web site and always got an answer - albeit no informative answer - just its on its way. Definitely recommend - just be patient :)
